This is simply brilliant. It is so tragic how slow so many people have been to evolve because of how much they’ve judged and denied their emotions, especially anger, fear and sadness. It makes me SO mad when I see people telling others to “be happy” when others are trying to grieve and telling others to not be scared or mad when they are. It wasn’t until I allowed my fear, anger and sadness to fully surface that I was able to free myself from a long, abusive relationship. These feelings are there to protect us if we express them in a healthy way and hear their messages. They only overwhelm and become toxic and destructive when they’re ignored, just like a child can become when they’re neglected and rejected.

It's a shame it says you have more negative emotions than positive ones, because this is not true. What about excitement? Love? Pride? Hope? Gratitude? Serenity? Awe? Why not teach people to notice these?

something that jumped out at me from this video is that this is what i did in school last year i would be depressed and hide it by being trying to be cool and be a class clown so people wouldn't notice plus i was pretty lonely. Something i noticed though is that in the video it says that you are protective from having feelings and stuff or running away from feelings you had when you were younger, but i don't think it's happened to me.

Hello, I really love your concept of this video. I have a request, can you update it to not make it "a big BLACK and scary feeling inside"? The school I serve is predominantly Black children, they shouldn't associate their skin color with a negative emotion. Possibly change the wording to "a big dark and scary feeling inside" ?
