    I’ve always been told not to close your fists when sprinting.

    Also im very quad-dominant. On other words, i generate my running power from my thighs. So i have a naturally big stride.

    There is no way you can increase your speed,, Adam Gemilli British sprinter could run 10.5 when he was at high school and was playing football when he picked up sprinting and practiced for 5 years his personal best was just under 10.0
