    Anxiety can cause various physical symptoms. But these are all things that can be completely removed. But it is impossible if you do not approach with proper treatment. Medicines can temporarily remove them, but they can recur again. Panic disorder, anxiety disorder, panic attacks, and health concerns all come from anxiety and anxiety. Therefore, these solutions are essentially the same. Eliminate their underlying cause so that they do not recur.

    Good video, I find that Journaling in the morning helps me organize all the stuff I have to do and is making me anxious. I also have a gratitude section and I find that enhances my mood. I just uploaded a video about my opinion after journaling for 30 days 🙂

    Omg. I just found your channel and your content is EVERYTHING. I am in the psychology field too, and am working towards my degree. I’ve watched ASMR for 10 years, and the closest I’ve seen to your content is DuffthePsych, who hasn’t been active in ASMR in a few years. You’re a redhead (like me!!!!), and I find myself connecting with your counseling style and speaking cadence. I am SO GLAD you are on this platform.     I'm new to this (asmr) but I find it truly helping me and before I actually gave it a chance I would think this was ridiculous but I'm glad I tried this and it's helpful but most people think this isn't the answer and I need real help with my depression and anxiety and I have health issues and family issues more stressful than anything and sometimes I don't sleep well. I'm quiet and keep to myself and I've had a hard life but if I'm content currently isn't that enough?
