It was good to hear your calming voice today, lost my dad yesterday and my mind is just screaming with noise.

having major anxiety right now 🙁 I’m a 16 year old and I’m not sure if I can study what I want since my grades weren’t so ideal , I feel so anxious and worried I cant sleep I just keep crying my enrolment appointment is on the second of September hopefully I can study what I want to fingers crossed
My anxiety is bad and I tend to have anxiety attacks and 2020 has been terrible for my anxiety aswell

Do you think sometimes our brains don't want to let go of anxiety, because maybe there is something actually worrying and we might miss it if we just breathe the anxiety away? Or is that just the anxiety talking?
I've never been big into asmr but yesterday I just couldn't get my mind to calm down no matter what I tried, I was finally able to fall asleep thanks to your video 💜
