My 7 year old has had a bit of a adjustment due to divorce. At night he tends to get sometimes get negative.

There must be something really wrong with me cause I hate this stuff..I find it really aggravating.. I hate when people whisper it just makes me very anxious. Lips smacking makes me want to smack someone..doesn't relax me at all..I find it very creepy..sorry wish it helped me

I'm 27, an Illustration graduate with no psychology background whatsoever, but over the past couple of years I've decided that I'd rather pursue a career in mental health. I've been worried that I'm already too old to change career (especially if I decide to study a doctorate in future), and equally afraid that my own mental health issues will get in the way.
Low self-esteem was always an issue for me even as a child, so this video has been thoroughly helpful in my journey of building resilience and facing challenges along the road. As you say, it's not an easy fix, but it helps.

I have a weird question of when you fall asleep in the beginning of the video like lately I’ve fell asleep directly after the visual. Does the hypnosis still work ? Or no 😂 love the videos very calming but some of these I was legitimately wondering if it would help but I fall asleep to soon. 👍
