I have created this Sleep Hypnosis to help you to build self love and self acceptance. I have also created some positive affirmations to help strengthen this process. I am a doctor of clinical psychology and I have used these techniques successfully with many of my patients. I hope that you find it helpful too.

    Low self esteem underlies most if not all mental and emotional struggles. So learning to love, accept and appreciate ourselves is the antidote that we are looking for x

    I listen to your videos at night. Usually I get to the point where you say that if I want to sleep, I’ll sleep… then I wake up the following morning😀 I am deeply grateful that you are sharing your skills and knowledge with us 🤗🤗🤗

    Innocent people getting hurt or killed should matter to everyone. So should the small businesses and neighborhoods that have been torched or looted by rioters.

    My 7 year old has had a bit of a adjustment due to divorce. At night he tends to get sometimes get negative.

    Now since I have been putting your channel on at bedtime. He has been feeling better at bedtime and now says lets put Emma on.

    Love the videos! I was wondering if you could do a video to help those who have been protesting in the US? I’ve been having heightened adrenaline and stress and haven’t been able to sleep or eat properly in days. It would be great to hear the psychological reasons/solutions for that! Thanks!

    There must be something really wrong with me cause I hate this stuff..I find it really aggravating.. I hate when people whisper it just makes me very anxious. Lips smacking makes me want to smack someone..doesn't relax me at all..I find it very creepy..sorry wish it helped me

    I'm 27, an Illustration graduate with no psychology background whatsoever, but over the past couple of years I've decided that I'd rather pursue a career in mental health. I've been worried that I'm already too old to change career (especially if I decide to study a doctorate in future), and equally afraid that my own mental health issues will get in the way.

    Low self-esteem was always an issue for me even as a child, so this video has been thoroughly helpful in my journey of building resilience and facing challenges along the road. As you say, it's not an easy fix, but it helps.

I have insomnia since i went to the high school and for so many years I have problems to fall asleep and to live without so much stress, but since I’m watching your videos, I’m becoming a better version of myself.     I have a weird question of when you fall asleep in the beginning of the video like lately I’ve fell asleep directly after the visual. Does the hypnosis still work ? Or no 😂 love the videos very calming but some of these I was legitimately wondering if it would help but I fall asleep to soon. 👍

    I’m so glad I found this channel I’ve been watching asmr but this is even more relaxing/helpful/everythinggg. I would love a hypnosis for overcoming social anxiety/shyness as it’s something I struggle with, I’ve been watching this video and the confidence hypnosis!

    I find it really difficult to focus, on things like the metronome or really anytime you ask to focus on anything specifically 😅 are there any tips you have or any way to help me be able to focus better when you advise us in your videos to focus?
