Question about the collection mode. With honey bees water collection is important particularly for temperature and humidity control in the hive. Do stingless bees also collect water for the hive?

Does honey from stingless bees need to be stored in the refrigerator for a long time? to prevent fermentation. Is it necessary to reduce the water content of honey by dehumidifying at low temperatures, so that honey can be stored at room temperature? if the honey water content is above 27%, does it need to be reduced to below 20% so that it can be stored for a long time?
