it's interesting because there are many games out there that alert players how long they've been playing and it's up to the player to take a break. perhaps addictive personalities can get addicted to anything, not just video games? great points all throughout!!! loved the interview 😀

I think video games are great people blame video games too much it depends on the person you can get addicted to anything. Also, yes gaming can be good for you look at those simulator games for example

Anything can be an addiction but it depends on the person
