We can try to overcome the symptoms of anger with anger management techniques, like controlling our breathing, when someone pisses us off, or like relaxing our muscles, or like writing down what made us angry,
But only when we know the actual root cause of our symptom, like being angry all the time, we can heal the root together with it’s symptoms once and for all.
