Kylo Ren (Psychology Theory)

It seems that Kylo Ren has fully fallen for the Dark Side. Where did it all go wrong? Well I have a theory based on personality psychology. In this, character analysis series, we will take a look at the Star Wars universe. the psychology of Kylo Ren’s personality and see that he and his family have a long history of borderline personality disorder that is related to the Dark Side which the Jedi could have prevented. Moreover Let me know in the comments what you think about this character analysis.

i'd say you should do general hux! while he's a pretty wasted character, his backstory and psychology is quite interesting.

When I first watched Force Awakens and Last Jedi, I felt connected to Kylo. I felt like we were similar.

Then, watching this and reading more about him, I’m feeling more and more personally attacked.

    I should get tested.

I have BPD, & I recognise a lot of the traits in Kylo Ren. I feel like Ren is one of the better, more accurate representations of BPD, as he's sympathetic & not beyond redemption.

Really interesting. I think JJ missed the boat on filling in more of Ben's back story though. But really brilliant on your part showing how screwed up the Jedi were. Could you do one like this this on Vulcan? By that I mean Spock's people

I think you know nothing in truth concerning the motivations of these characters.

Because your skillset is flawed perception of cookie cutter examples of behavior linked to simpler behaviors.

I don't think you truly understand how dark the darkside truly is in truth.

What the force really is and what the goal of the Sith is in truth.

Nor what the goals of the. Jedi were in truth.

Star wars universe franchise is a parrelel and parable to our own worlds religions.

It's not about ruling a Galactic Empire, its about feeding your dark minions life and yourself becomming immortal creatures and feeding on the Galaxy like a paracite organism consumming all life that fights back.

Much like the human race does to this world in their paracite relationship to this world and all life on it as they follow the real Emperor and real counterpart nature to this dark natires.

The Sith a parrellel to the Popes of the Vatican and the connections to star eating as enemies of creation.

Ergo enemies of the living force or Gods creation.

If you knew the connection to the darkness of the black hole or the Sithis comceptis entity true nature of the serpent of time cults that these people are emulating.

You would not see the characters quite the same.

In life there are predators and their are prey.

To the Sith Lord all life is energy and that energy must be controlled by the Sith lord to forefill the destiny of the dark lord of death..

Ergo the Emperor devours life to exstend his own.

Narcissistic Personality disorder is more fitting honestly. His rage, insecurity and unstable delusions of grandeur are the first indicators.

Rey would be the Borderline personality disorder given that her fear of abandonment and search for parental figures are explicitly and directly tied to her early childhood abandonment trauma. Not to mention it would explain the unhealthy and magnetic bond between the two characters.

I like this video a lot but what are your credentials? Anti-social disorders aren’t always diagnosed contextually due to the massive overlap of Qualities or Qualitative analysis.

I'd say the labeling of emotions was a very superficial aspect in the original series, which was over simplified later on.

they've allowed clowns into the role of the dark side.hes not a Darth.
also, being a jedi means you can't live with the dark side, and that's not duality or righteous.
the dark just wishes to rule as all live in peace.

Great video dude! As someone with BPD, I can totally relate to Kylo's desire to take over the galaxy! One day! 😀 Videos like this help spread awareness for BPD, and can help someone like me with the disorder to simplify it when telling someone about what it's like to have it.

If you're looking for suggestions still, I'd love to see what you think about Jim Carrey's character in the Cable Guy! I've seen diagnosis' from BPD to Histrionic PD, so would be interested to hear your analysis of the character!

Keep up the good work, love your channel!
