It’s actually a *textbook* not a normal book. It provides an overview of research on a range of subjects including: “Positive Psychophysiology,” “Positive Neuroscience,” “Positive Sexuality” and “Positive Nutrition.” Big Ideas we explore include a quick look at Martin Seligman’s PERMA approach to eudaimonic (vis-a-vis hedonic) happiness, your nervous system (flip the switch!), longevity and positive emotion (some astonishing stats), diet and wellbeing/depression (sugar begone!), and physical activity (science says: it does a body good!).

    I’ve came to realize this a while ago. Depression is simply a state of being of poor sleep, poor diet, poor attitude and a few other things. It is Reversible indeed. Keep the great videos coming. Flow and optimize

    Hey Bri as usual you are so energised. Like you've said many a time it's the foundation of all the other virtues. Something we are keen to know is What time do you eat, when, how much and what are you eating. I have watched tonnes of your vids including all on . Everything you do is super inspiring so please share my man. Thanks buddy
